Outreach Trailer

BLOCK PARTY TRAILER

The Evangelistic/Outreach Trailer (EOT) is reserved for use by churches, missions, and partner organizations of Catawba Valley Baptist Association.  The Association also offers grants for additional items used in outreach events such as bounce houses.  See the grant application below.

Process


Churches must reserve the EOT at least two weeks in advance by completing form below.
Churches will be responsible for repair fees for damage of the trailer or equipment resulting from neglect or abuse.
Each church is responsible to carry insurance adequate to cover liability and damage claims associated with the use of the trailer.
EOT will be picked up and returned to Springs Road Baptist Church. Please contact the Associational Office to arrange pick up and return at least one week before needing to pick up.  828-328-1555

Requirements

The trailer requires a 2-inch ball.
Always remove the caster wheel on the trailer jack before moving the trailer with any vehicle.   The caster wheel is designed to help move the trailer after it is disconnected from the vehicle. 
The trailer uses a 4-pin connector for lights.
Be sure all locks are back on the trailer and the side door is locked.
Cross the chains when hooking to the pulling vehicle (NC Law).
The trailer tires are to be at 50 psi.
Please use ONLY non-ethanol gasoline in the generator.
